3. Ticket-Based Support
- You must create a support ticket to access our services.
- We will assess your request and connect you with an appropriate expert.
- Charges will be communicated before service is rendered.
- The minimum cost starts from the price of a cup of coffee (approx. ₹100), but actual pricing may vary based on complexity.
4. Payments and Invoicing
- Payment must be made before or immediately after resolution, depending on the case.
- No hidden fees. You will only pay what is agreed upon in advance.
- We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other standard Indian payment options.
5. Refund & Cancellation
- You may cancel a ticket before an expert has been assigned without any charge.
- If you’re unsatisfied with the resolution, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

- You agree to provide accurate information when raising tickets.
